White wines are vinified in steel tanks and remain on the lees for about 5/6 months, before being bottled. When the vintage permits, some selected grapes give rise to Reserves. The black grape varieties are de-stemmed and subsequently undergo maceration on the skins, some wines are aged in wood. Rosso Riserva is a selection of the best red grapes from favorable vintages.
